About Coach Setts

Over the last 15 years, I’ve coached all ages and abilities. From this, I’ve learned there is no “one size fits all” approach to teaching. Every subject, age group, and individual varies in how they need to be instructed. However, I’ve learned that it’s essential to adapt the teaching style to meet the diverse needs of students and create an engaging and interactive learning environment.

In return, there is no greater joy than having or witnessing an “aha” moment. That moment when everything clicks. When you’ve discovered something new and exciting or mastered some material or solved a problem. That moment is the impact that I strive for.
